We do not make any charges to register on the site or gain a user profile. Our charges will be paid by the booking venue and be deducted from the fee.
If a Venue / Event / Promoter requires Dancers and DJ’s to find and book a performer a charge of 20% of the booking fee will be made payable by the venue / event / promoter.
If a booking is made direct with a dancer or a DJ through the site a booking of 15% will be applied.
All bookings will be made through the site using one of our booking forms which will require agreement to the terms and conditions.
When a booking form has been completed this will be sent to the Dancers and DJ’s administration centre who will undertake to perform the following:-
For a Direct Booking
- Agree the fee with the Venue / Event / Promoter / Agent
- Contact the Dancer or DJ to confirm the booking
- When confirmation is received will advise the Venue / Event / Promoter / Agent
- Send an invoice for the booking fee which is payable within 7 days of the event
For a Request to find and book a dancer or DJ
- Contact the Venue / Event / Promoter to confirm their requirements and agree the fee
- Seek an appropriate Dancer of DJ and make a booking
- Provide the Venue / Event / Promoter the dancer or DJ who will be attending their event
- Send an invoice for the booking fee which is payable within 7 days of the event
Following the booking our administration team will collect their proportion of the fee due to Dancers and DJ’s and advise the venue / event / promoter of the fee that is due to be paid to the performer.
